We would like to give you some background information on HomeLife, which is entering its 26th year of operation under the same ownership group that formed the company in 1983. This in itself is a testament to the ownerships’ vision of creating a local real estate firm with the highest standards of agents using the vast marketing tools created by them to successfully market literally thousands of homes. We currently have 30 agents in our Cloverdale office, and have over 500 agents when you include Fleetwood, Langley, Walnut Grove and White Rock. We have specialists in everything from land sales, commercial properties, condominiums, mobile homes, townhouses and residential homes.
At HomeLife Benchmark Realty Cloverdale we enjoy and benefit from having Rick Dubord, the President of HomeLife BC as our broker. He has always been a leader in the real estate industry, and is a driving force for the use of technology in our businesses. Current research shows clearly that over 70% of people now use the internet when purchasing properties. Our marketing strategy is to combine traditional marketing methods with internet marketing in order to get our clients properties viewed by as many potential purchasers as possible.
Some background information about Devon and me. This is the second year Devon and I have been working together and both of us specialize in internet marketing. We are both successful real estate investors, and have business backgrounds. Devon managed the Opus hotel in downtown Vancouver before getting into real estate full time. I managed a very profitable manufacturing company for over 20 years, which eventually went public. Our backgrounds make both of us understand the importance of teamwork and helping other people achieve their goals.
